A little less than a year ago, we broke the news that WWE Studios in conjunction with Lionsgate were planning a reboot/remake of the franchise.
Despite the controversy swirling on the business side of this reboot, on the creative side, Warner Bros. has confirmed that there will not only be one, but two monsters in the film in addition to the title character.
If Ben Affleck is gonna be anywhere near it, I sure as hell hope so. Although there is no official word on the death of the reboot, Joe Carnahan doesn’t seem very optimistic.
Why the expletive directed at the studio? They’re already talking about rebooting Twilight. See? Now you understand my furious anger.
This just continues to get worse and worse and Michael Bay continues to dig himself further into a shallow, pun intended, grave.
Last week it was reported that Lionsgate in conjunction with WWE Films would be remaking/rebooting Leprechaun.
