Eli Roth’s ‘Thanksgiving’ Preparations

I’ve never been a fan of Eli Roth as a director.  I thought Cabin Fever was way overrated and the Hostel movies were just downright sickening, and not in a good way.  Roth’s role as the Nazi cranium crushing “Bear Jew” in Inglorious Bastards was pretty incredible though.  But as far as his directing, the only thing of Roth’s I’ve ever enjoyed is his Grindhouse fake trailer for Thanksgiving which pokjes fun of the holiday themed slasher movies of the 70′s and 80′s (April Fools Day, Silent Night Deadly Night, etc.)  Here is the trailer if you haven’t had the good fortune of seeing it:
