Trailer: DETENTION

Aside from having Dane Cook in it, this movie actually looks like a pretty fun genre-bending thrill ride. Detention is a horror, sci-fi, time travel travel, slasher comedy. Well, I think we can all say that we’ve never seen that before. To me the trailer makes it look like Scream meets Breakfast Club on nitrous oxide.

The film is helmed by music video director Joseph Kahn and stars Josh Hutcherson of the wildly successful Hunger Games. It opens in theaters on April 13th. Check it out:
