‘Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters’

Sound like an SNL skit?  I kind of wish it was. But no, according to Jeremy Renner, he and the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo star, Noomi Rapace, will be starring in the Paramount movie, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters.

The story picks up 15 years after the infamous gingerbread house incident and Hansel and Gretel are looking for revenge and to kick a little witch ass. Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow) co-wrote the script and will be directing.

I’m still not 100% convinced this isn’t a joke, but only time will tell I guess…
